She is also responsible for carrying out property take-on tasks such as collecting information about new properties, creating property listings, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed. In addition to this, Louise is expected to provide excellent customer service to clients, keeping them informed at every stage of the sales process and addressing any queries or concerns they may have. As the new client onboarding liaison, Louise has brought a level of professionalism, organization and efficiency to the team.
